Saratoga's meet runs six weeks, and Alabama weekend is its crescendo. The Grade 1 Alabama Stakes — one of American racing's oldest races, run at the Spa since 1872 — is the defining test for the country's best three-year-old fillies, and it draws a card and a crowd that match the occasion. By late August the meet is winding toward its close, the competition has sharpened, and Saratoga carries the particular energy of something that knows it's ending. There is no better time to be there, and it's the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate the beginning of STABLE.

7:00pm ET: Dinner & Welcome Cocktails Near Congress Park
Settle into your accommodations and start the weekend off right by meeting the entire group on Friday night. Come whenever you get into town and settle in as the Dolan's will host dinner and cocktails at their spot in the heart of downtown Saratoga. Once together, we can head downtown and have some fun to start off the week!
Saturday, Aug 22
12:00pm ET: Alabama Stakes at Saratoga Race Course
A full day at the track for one of Saratoga's marquee Grade 1 races. STABLE has a suite for the card - world-class racing through throughout the day, a tournament with prizes for the weekend's participants, with the Grade 1 Alabama as the centerpiece. Recommendation would be cocktail / smart casual attire, with a small emphasis on dressing to be prepared for hot weather.
7:00pm ET: Cabana at the Horseshoe Inn After the Races
Walk across the street from the track and join the STABLE community to listen to live music and dance the night away. If you so desire, you can also head downtown after the Horseshoe and keep the night going!

8:00am ET: Morning Workouts & Backstretch Tour
Enjoy watching the horses train throughout the morning on the backstretch with breakfast catered. Watch the horses work, meet a few in their stalls, and talk to trainers and owners to get the inside scoop.
10:00am ET: Goodbye Brunch
Join the group for a goodbye brunch to debrief on the weekend's activities, celebrate our (hopeful) winning bets, and begin to get excited about having weekends like these in NYC with the new Belmont Park in September.
For those who would like to stay in Saratoga during the day Sunday and go to the races, please let James know and we can work on more informal hospitality options for those who will stay in town for a bit longer.
